Norm has been making the most of his Labor Day weekend! 🧡

He kicked things off Saturday at our Lenoir City Flagship, getting the team fired up for the Vols opener—GBO! Today, he traded the football field for the kiddie pool and a little relief from the Tennessee heat. 💦

However you’ve spent your weekend, we hope it’s been a great one!

All three Smokey Mountain Trailers locations will be closed Monday so our hardworking team can enjoy Labor Day—a holiday dedicated to celebrating America’s workers and the contributions they make every day.

We’ll be back bright-eyed and bushy-tailed Tuesday, ready to kick off our HUGE 2026 INVENTORY BLOWOUT SALE!

Our Smokey Mountain Trailers family lost a very special friend and team member this weekend, Bobby Crouch.

Bobby had been part of our family for the last three years or so, but it’s hard to measure the impact someone like him makes in years. In a small family business like ours, every person matters—and Bobby mattered so very much.

He was steady. He was dependable. He was simply always there—quietly doing what needed to be done, helping us serve our customers and moving trailers and inventory from one store to another. With his lifelong love of cars and racing and his many years spent hauling cars, trailers and heavy equipment across the country, Bobby was a natural fit for our team.

Everyone loved Bobby. You just couldn’t not like him. He was truly a salt-of-the-earth kind of man—kind, honest, hardworking and genuine.

Our hearts are with his wife, Elinor, his children, grandchildren and all those who knew and loved him. We are so thankful Bobby’s road brought him to Smokey Mountain Trailers and that we had the privilege of calling him our friend and part of our family.

Rest easy, Bobby. We’ll miss you more than words can say.

Another great group of customers rolling out of Lenoir City with some seriously SHARP new trailers — and this batch even came with a little dealership milestone! ❤️

🎊 Lopez Construction came in and picked up a BIG TEX Mega Dump — and this sale was extra special for us! Not only do we appreciate Lopez Construction trusting us with their business, but they also gave our very own Scottie Yates his FIRST trailer sale from phone call to pulling off the lot! 👏

Now, tradition says you’re supposed to cut the salesperson’s tie after that first sale. One small problem…we don’t wear ties. Soooo, the hat had to go — with Cousin John doing the honors! 🤷‍♀️✂️🧢😂 Sorry, Scottie…tradition is tradition! Congratulations on #1!

💙 Adam Headricks stopped in and left with a beautiful BLUE RAWMAXX 20K Equipment Trailer. What a NICE piece! That blue sure doesn’t hurt either. 😍
