A Mass Casualty Incident has been declared following a major explosion at a lumber yard located at 506 Main Street South in Searsmont, Maine.
Multiple buildings are reportedly involved, along with a 30,000-gallon fuel tank. Early reports indicate firefighters have been injured, with fire apparatus also suffering severe damage.
Authorities have requested all available mutual aid resources along with medical helicopters to respond to the scene.
