Our dispatch team and drivers are loyal, honest, hard working people who are proud of the work they do and strive to be the best in the business. Big Oak Transport is an owner operator hot shot business run by a husband and wife team, Denny and Wendy Cox. Big Oak has 3 trucks and 3, 29' flatbed trailers, all with ramps, driven by professional, curtious, drivers. We are fully licensed and insured both on auto liability and cargo according to federal regulations. Based out of north Alabama, we travel all over the lower 48 states picking up and delivering items with care and time sensitivity. We work with the knowledge that each shipment is important to the customer and we treat each load like it is our own; loading and unloading with safety and assurance, while keeping the products care in mind. Big Oak Transport LLC is seeking qualified owner-operators!
At Big Oak, we use our experience in the trucking industry to work with each driver on an individual basis, helping them accomplish their goals, whether that be to make as much money as possible, or to be home every weekend. Current average gross income for our drivers is 100k +. Our goal is to help you accomplish your goals!
Our services include acquiring loads, dispatching, factoring funds, 9 years general trucking experience advice and direction.
Qualifications: Clean MVR, Alabama Resident, Health card, Strong Work Ethic & Positive Attitude.
CDL is not required when combined GVWR is under 26k.
Minimum Equipment Requirements: ¾ ton diesel truck and 28’ - 40' gooseneck trailer or 5th wheel trailer. Other requirements will be discussed during interview. Serious Inquiries only.
