✨ ASSOCIATE CREATOR (WEDDINGS + SOCIAL MEDIA)
Freelance | Flexible, as-needed schedule
We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and well-rounded content creator to join our team!
Responsibilities may include:
• Wedding content creation + day-of assistance
• Assisting with photography & videography
• Familiarity with editing/lightroom/platform
• Wedding coordination support
• Small business content creation
• Social media management
• Content planning + ex*****on
Must have your own equipment and be comfortable working as an independent freelancer. Applicants may not own or operate their own business entity offering competing services. Resumes + portfolios strongly encouraged.
Paid per wedding/date or hourly, depending on the project. Freelancers are responsible for their own taxes. Pay begins at $30/hour!
✨ BOOKKEEPING + FINANCIAL SUPPORT

We’re also looking for someone organized and financially savvy to help support the behind-the-scenes operations of Soarin Studios.
Ideal experience includes:
• QuickBooks
• Bookkeeping + financial tracking
• Invoicing + payouts
• Budgeting
• Contracts + liability
• Tax preparation/organization
• Experience with freelance/w9 workers!!!!
• Business financial planning
This role may also assist with tracking associate finances and payouts. Compensation structure will be determined based on experience and scope of responsibilities.
