Today our amazing transportation staff and lunch hero's celebrated our last day of the 25/26 school work year! We started off with some some great games of singo bingo, Tuscany's in Dayton donated lunch to these fantastic employees. Followed by more games like LCR, board games, and some wonderful door prizes! Thank you all for your continued hard work! Enjoy your summer, see yall next year!!

Please locate the bus stop closest to your address and ensure students are at the stop at least 5 minutes early. We appreciate your patience as drivers and students adjust to new routes on June 1st, the first day of summer school. Please also take a moment to speak with your child about the importance of being respectful and following bus expectations to help ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone.

Please note that this registration is for summer school transportation only and does not enroll your child in summer school classes or for next school year's transportation.

BIG THANKS to these hard workers for everything!

Huge shoutout to our Liberty ISD maintenance and transportation teams 👏🏼
While most of us were safe and warm at home during the freezing weather earlier this week, these folks were out there going the extra mile—protecting our buildings, our buses, and making sure everything was ready to go. Because of their hard work, we were able to welcome students back to school and get right back to learning.
We are incredibly grateful for your dedication and heart for our district. Liberty ISD is better because of you!

Stay safe and warm!

Because of the dangerous freezing temperatures expected through Tuesday morning, Liberty ISD will be closed on Tuesday, January 27th.

Could we maybe make school work? Possibly. But my job as Superintendent is to work with our School Board and community to look out for our kids, staff, and families. We have staff who commute from all over the region and kids on buses for close to an hour in some cases. Asking everyone to be out in these conditions for one more day of school just isn’t worth the risk.

I know this means families have to make arrangements, and my hope is that this advanced notice will give you all time to do that. I truly appreciate your flexibility and understanding. Let’s all take care of each other and hope all of Panther Nation stays warm and safe.

Liberty ISD is closely monitoring the winter weather expected this weekend and preparing all of our facilities. Beginning Saturday, school activities and travel have been canceled.

We will continue to monitor conditions and will share any additional updates as needed. Please be sure to watch for communication through Facebook and ParentSquare for the latest information. If you have any questions regarding specific activities please reach out to the Principal or sponsor.
