Every oversize move has two versions.
The version people see: truck, load, pilot cars, flags, lights.
And the version behind it: phone calls, permit timing, route details, curfews, construction, low wires, tight turns, police requirements, weather, and somebody trying to keep the whole thing from turning into a mess.
That second version is where the job really happens.
A good move usually looks boring from the outside. That is kind of the point. If everyone did their part, nobody is panicking, nobody is guessing, and the load just keeps moving.
People outside this industry don’t always understand how much planning goes into “just drive it there.”
But the ones who do this work know.
