Hey guys, I’ve been super slammed for the last few weeks but I’m making progress on getting the last of the Scythe parts as well as the barrel components all squared away.

Since I don’t have an actual 5 axis programming software I have to do that manually which is fun. For the bolt carrier I have to keep track of 6-7 different programs and combine them all into a single setup. One super small mistake can cost over 225k so I have to go over it all with a fine tooth comb. I did get the program for that dialed in mostly. I should have bolts later this week once the drills get here.

With that being said I’m looking heavily at the 300blk barrel design and getting that updated. I will have a few different setups I’ll test out and the winner will be the one that gets released. I’ll be hitting the 300’s pretty heavily once I get done with the 5.56 gas blocks. All the 5.56 gas blocks should be getting cut heavily this coming week once the material gets back from heat treat.

All handguards and lowers will be hit within the next few weeks as long as the funding keeps moving the way I need it to in order to cover the bills.

I’ll post more up as I can get some free time.

Thanks for the support!

Not a crazy good pic but I should have these bolts done later this week. I had an engineer here this week to help me with the 5 axis programming for the cam pin slot. Now that this is almost dialed in the rest should be fairly straight forward.

More updates coming as I can make some progress.

Thanks for the support!

Here’s the last preproduction scythe! Shown are the accessories that all the preorders have included with them. If you are wanting the extra accessories I wouldn’t wait. The production models are the exact same build but doesn’t included the ar stock adapter.

This one is a custom G3 with dimpled barrel coated in factory coyote tan. Production models still have a little more work to do but it’s about to get hit extremely hard soon. I have some new tools on the way which I’ll post about soon that should make most of the parts pretty easily.

You can tell a g2 from a g3 by looking at the trunnion. I put a close up picture of how the rail attached to a g3 whereas the g1 and g2 have an Acr style handguard lockup.

Sorry for the lack of posts, I have been getting slammed by every contractor I do work for. Now that I’m almost done with the outside jobs I’m focusing back on the builds hard again.

The new Charging handle assemblies look beautiful. All the aluminum parts have been done in clear type 3 milspec anodizing. The handles are either clear or black anodizing with the last few cerakoted ones getting sent out now.

I’m going to be hitting all handguards, lowers and their respective parts around the middle of May at this rate.

All barrel assemblies are back to getting made again starting around Monday or Tuesday! The 300’s are getting their new designs printed this weekend to see how they fit with the charging handles. Once I have the fitment dialed in which should be pretty straight forward I’m going go over the actual design. It shouldn’t be terrible to make now that I have good tools on deck to do the gas blocks quickly.

I’ll try to post more this weekend but work has been crazy so it’s been difficult. Also im trying to get through messages as I get a free chance. Im hiring someone to hammer out messages back to you guys fairly soon so I’m not tied down to the computer instead of running machines. has been helping with messages if you need a quick question answered.

Thank you for your support!!

Ps what the heck happened to all the music choices? I can only pick from their recommended musicians or ones I’ve used in the past.

I’m going to be out until Saturday for a class being taught by .21

Learned a lot of good info already and there’s two more days of class! All the data I’m pulling from these classes will be put into the Scythes for tweaks if needed.

I felt it was appropriate to test out the in its home territory. This one is setup with a custom 16” mk12 profiled barrel in 5.56. The accuracy out of this build is awesome even with pmc m193. Currently it’s sitting at about 1 moa if not under.
