Recruit additional airlines and expand routes - I want to continue the efforts already in the works by current Board. Travelers to/from Lincoln and surrounding counties are more likely to utilize the airport when there are more route options and affordable fares. Engage in additional strategic partnerships - let’s continue to actively pursue partnerships with local and area businesses. We should assess, research, plan, and clearly demonstrate how an added service could directly financially benefit those businesses
Use modern business intelligence technology as tools for short- and long-term planning - I would like to explore predictive modeling and other business intelligence tools to help in decision-making and operational efficiency. Analytics can be used as a powerful tool to forecast trends and optimize results. Focus on sustainability - I want to ensure that we are good stewards of funds and resources by planning for long-term financial and environmental sustainability.
