We are available for charters, sightseeing cruises, island picnics, and expeditions. Quicksilver is a water shuttle providing service to Penobscot Bay and the Islands specifically Islesboro. We are available for charter, sightseeing cruises, picnics, and transportation to the surrounding area. We also provide contractor commuter runs every weekday morning.

For a while, it seemed like we were taking guests to Castine every weekend, but that came to an abrupt end when the beloved eatery Dennett’s Wharf was wiped out in a winter storm.

Castine is having a rebound now. Food carts and ice cream stands line the waterfront, and the gardens in front of historic homes are in full bloom.

A stop in Castine for lunch is the perfect addition to one of our “‘Round the Island” charters.

Last night was action packed. The evening started with an ambulance run, followed by an encounter with gubernatorial candidate Hannah Pingree, and then, finally, a clearing of this terrible weather system we’ve had in place that has made running the boat feel like being stuck on the rinse cycle.
