Company driver needed!

Pay scale- .50 to .75 cpm (depending on experience).
Annual bonus for safe driving/clean DOT inspections.
$150 additional per pay cycle for Insurance.
Lease-to-purchase options available.
Fuel app for ease of fueling with fuel map included.
Small fleet- less than five trucks with one assigned dispatcher.
Current dedicated lanes- TX to Midwest, Midwest to TX.
$1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

We still have positions available for owner-op semi drivers! We also have a lease-to-purchase Hotshot with trailer if you've ever contemplated getting into the Hotshot game. If you're interested in the lease-to-purchase Hotshot, I would like it to be a Michigan based driver. If you're interested in being a company employee for the Hotshot, we can accommodate that as well. Flatbed experience and CDL-A required. Thank you!

**Attention owner-operators**

2T1 is looking to fill two more slots. If you have a truck and would like to put it to work, send a PM. We have a leasing agency for our re**er trailers and can get you under one inside of a week. Re**er lease is $1800 per month flat (no mileage and no re**er hours charged). We're averaging between 9k and 10k in invoices per week per truck. Contractor pay scale is 75% to the owner-op and 25% to 2T1. At this time, we do not have anymore lease-to-purchase slots to fill.

-Dispatch services, 24/7 dispatch
-Factoring program for quick pay (2.5%, non-recourse)
-Fuel program through Pilot/Flying J (included are smaller fuel stops: in-network fuel maps in mobile app included for flexibility and maximum discounts)
-Tire program that you can utilize for your truck and non-commercial vehicles with significant discounts on Michelin and BF Goodrich.
-Established relationships with consistent freight between TX and the Mid-West
-Re**er repair (any re**er breakdown above $1000 is covered by leasing agency)
-Small trucking company feeling- no forced dispatch.

Happy New Year from 2T1! This year, we are focusing on building the re**er division. With that being said, I have temporarily dissolved the hotshot division to free up time to build the re**er division in 2026. I appreciate all of the business and the support!
