Hello, good morning, I would like to say that we do not tolerate anyone who says these words mental re**rd or are you handicapped. D&H Solutions supports anyone with any disability. They are no different from us. And we treat them as everyone else. As my son being autistic and very intelligent, those words are ugly. And you should be ashamed of yourself. We hire if they want to work. So please take in consideration 🙏 even if it's in a message, even if it's talking to someone else. If anyone in my crew hears it, you will be told about it.

Ps. We actually have had a few make fun of them on job sites. We have had some ask are you mental? Like who are you to judge i think it makes you look pathetic 🤔
