🍂 Don’t FALL for FALL! 🍂
As autumn sets in, weather shifts and busy seasonal warehouse traffic bring higher risks for workplace hazards. Slips, trips, and falls remain among the most common causes of warehouse injuries—but almost all of them are preventable.
Keep your floor team safe, sharp, and injury-free this season with these essential warehouse safety rules:
🦺 Maintain Good Housekeeping: Keep staging areas clean, clear plastic wrap immediately, and discard empty pallets properly.
🦺 Eliminate Wet or Slippery Surfaces: Clean up spills immediately, watch for tracked-in rain or mud near loading docks, and set up wet floor signage.
🦺 Keep Aisles & Walkways Clear: Remove stray boxes, debris, and equipment out of main pedestrian zones.
🦺 Ensure Proper Lighting: Report burned-out lights immediately in storage racks and dock areas to maintain full visibility.
🦺 Wear Proper Footwear: Always wear high-traction, anti-slip work boots with proper ankle support.
🦺 Stay Alert & Avoid Shortcuts: Avoid stepping on pallets, jumping off loading platforms, or walking while distracted by phones or devices.
Let's make this season our safest yet. THINK SAFETY FIRST!
