LEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Are you interested in starting a career in aviation? Do you have experience or interest in customer service? We are seeking self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals for immediate openings as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Blue Bell, PA. As a CSR, you will work in a team environment, interacting with flight crews, passengers, aircraft owners, and pilots in training.
Across four locations in Pennsylvania and Delaware, flyADVANCED/flyGATEWAY provides a wide range of aircraft services including fueling and line services, charter, flight training, aircraft management and sales, maintenance, hangar, and ramp space. This role will report to the GM and FBO Manager.

Essential Job Functions, Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver a proactive, personalized service experience to Private/Corporate Aviation and Flight School clientele.
Be the face of the company for new and existing customers.
Coordinate aircraft services, such as fuel and hangar storage.
Effectively communicate via air-to-ground radio and ground-to-ground radio, in addition to other forms of communication.
Maintain customer accounts, including processing and auditing invoices.
Support flight operations by coordinating aircraft, students, and instructor resources with weather and operational needs.
Maintain the flight schedule and track and coordinate required maintenance inspections.
Work interdepartmentally to enroll prospective students via phone, email, and in-person.
Ensure all security and required documentation is on file for each student prior to flight.
Answer customer questions and resolving issues as necessary.

Qualifications/Competencies
Basic Word, Excel, Outlook and other computer software knowledge required.
Must be tactful, courteous, and conscience of client needs.
Basic mathematical knowledge.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
Aviation experience is strongly preferred but not required.
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills, along with outstanding verbal and written communication.
Customer Service and Sales experience in a professional environment strongly preferred.
Can work shifts that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
