Receptionist: In this role, you will answer phones, help customers with boat life needs, troubleshoot issues and assist with shipping orders. You will need experience with QuickBooks, email, phone etiquette and customer service skills. It is essential for employees to be Respectful, Responsible and Reliable.

Shop Helper: In this role, you will assist with shipping and product packaging. These parts will be assembled into structures, ladders, I-Beams, and boat lift parts. It is essential for employees to be responsible, respectful, and reliable to apply training provided by your supervisor. You must use measuring tools to check your work.

Steel Fabricator: In this role, you will cut metal parts with saws and punch or drill holes in steel. These parts will be assembled into structures, ladders, I-Beams, and boat lift parts. It is essential to fabricate these parts according to the training provided by your supervisor, so you must use measuring tools to check your work.

Welder: In this role, you will cut, join and weld aluminum and metal parts. These parts will be assembled into structures, ladders, I-Beams, and boat lift parts. It is essential to fabricate these parts according to the training provided by your supervisor, so you must use measuring tools to check your work. It is essential for Employees to be Respectful, Responsible and Reliable to apply training provided by your supervisor. Welding Certificate required.
