It looks effortless, but it’s all about the details.

Last week we coordinated a team outing for a corporate group coming into town on BART. Behind the scenes, we worked on shuttle timing, tasting room coordination, a pairing menu adjusted for unique dietary needs, an interactive wine charm activity, and a schedule tight enough to stay on track but loose enough for people to actually enjoy. All so a group of coworkers and their spouses could spend an afternoon at two historic vineyards, glass in hand, looking out at the vines, feeling appreciated and valued.

You can build connections and thank employees in corporate offices, or over wine, charcuterie and fun. I know which one I’d pick.

Watching this team relax, laugh, and actually get to know each other outside the office — that’s the moment all the logistics are for.

Did you know this historic winery has been family-owned since 1883? Five generations. Same family. Same land. This vineyard isn’t just a winery — it’s a piece of California history, and it happens to be one of my favorite corporate event venues in the Bay Area.

You have to see the stunning tasting room, outdoor patio with fire pits and palm trees, and a barrel room that works for intimate groups or large gatherings.

Pair that with on-site catering, meeting rooms, and the only cave tour in Livermore Valley where you can sip award-winning wine while walking through underground tunnels.

For my corporate clients I love bringing groups here. Plus I can help you add fun team activities like a blind wine tasting competition or outdoor games. It’s not just a work event — it’s a complete experience.
