The BoatUS Foundation's Online Course is a FREE* Online Boating Safety Course approved by the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department to satisfy the mandatory education requirements for boaters and PWC operators born on or after September 1, 1993.

The Texas state certification requires a fee which is collected in advance. The course is free, but the $11 fee for state certification is remitted to the state of Texas upon completion.
