Black Sheep Woolens Open House - Tuesday, May 21st from 10am - 2pm

We are getting ready to move! It's time for us to downsize and begin a new chapter in our lives. This means I need to lighten my load in my big wool storage closet! If you need a little wool for your stash please stop by!

I have some newly dyed wool, felted wool, wool off the bolt, Valdani thread, and other woolie related items that may be of interest to someone!

Ladies from the Wool Applique Group ... I am trying out Craftsy as a place to sell my patterns in a pdf download format. (I think if you search for the pattern name or Black Sheep Woolens, you will find me. I only have my Cosmos Pillow listed there at this time.) This saves me time and you some money as you won't have to pay shipping costs. You will need to print the patterns from your home computer though... but you won't have to wait for the mail! I will also be re-listing some of my paper patterns on etsy. You can search for my shop with blacksheepwoolens all one word - or by the name of the pattern or book. I am having to revamp my Nesting pattern because it is written as if you are working from one of my kits - not a stand alone pattern. I will be selling a few of my Nesting Kits as well in my esty shop - soon! Just trying to juggle some other commitments and family stuff right now. I will also be using my blog as a place of information and updates as they come up. I will be out of town through the 31st. If you have a special order you need to pick up or a wool emergency, :) please email me and I will arrange something with my daughter. Also - I will be teaching up in Pocatello on Nov. 4th which is my Open Studio Day. I will only be here in the morning that day. Have a Happy Halloween everyone!!

Tomorrow!! 10 - 2 Fall Open House at the studio. Come enjoy a donut and cider and get inspired to do some stitching this fall! It's time to feather our nests for the upcoming holidays! We'll have a rug hooking frame set up so you can try your hand at hooking.
