The main reason so many people never reach success is laziness. I never do anything half Ass! When I drove trucks I went any and everywhere that was paying me. I literally drove through Katrina with all 5 of my kids on the truck. In snow, over mountains to every major city. Even to the very top of a mountain to pick up a load of trees In Montana up a winding road with my trailer tires hanging off one side. My kids and money motivated me. Now I wake up every morning and go hard running my business till late at night. My days are hectic but productive. Talking to drivers, dispatching, managing, brokering, creating content for courses, working on new ventures like my Payroll service we are rolling out in February. I make boss moves everyday and work to increase my revenue. It’s always been go time. Never needed to just sit and be lazy. Not even a tv person because watching other people work don’t make me money. I can only tell you everything you dream of can become a reality but the drive to make it happen has to be there. No fear, just resilience to keep going no matter what. Driving a truck takes mental strength. You have your life and others around you to protect. Be the professional you were trained to be. Be on time, be clean and dress for success. You never know what the day will bring. Block all negativity because that s**t and pushing 80k lbs don’t mix. Love yourself and don’t do it for the praise of others. Do it because you want it! Wake up and make progress today. I hope to keep you motivated but you have to do it in the end! It’s Friday so hope those checks reflect your hard work if not do something about it! NOW!!

Much love to all Truck Drivers, especially OTR drivers.

In case anyone was wondering .....

What is trucking? It's $665 a week payments. It's $270 a week insurance. It's $1500 a week paying for fuel. It's brokers gouging the s**t out of you. It's breaking down spending $800 to stay in a hotel to wait for your truck to get done. It's getting a $10000 mechanic bill. It's spending $50 a month on a device in your truck to micromanage your time. It's shippers and receivers being rude and disrespectful and wasting your time. It's having to make do In your truck when you have to go to the bathroom because the shipper or receiver won't allow you to use the bathroom while they hold you up for 5 hours or more!! It's delivering goods to the same people that cut you off in traffic and then give you the finger because you inconvenienced them for being on the roads that you use to deliver them their goods. It's using truck stop showers that still have p***s on the floor. It's eating food you wouldn't feed to your dog but you eat it anyway because you're hungry. It's being harassed by the DOT. It's trying to find a safe place to park. It's trying to make an honest living while having to deal with ridiculous rules and regulations. It's staying away from your family and friends for weeks and months at a time so America has what it needs. It's being scared of driving through major metropolitan areas at night during civil unrest. It's not having a normal life that you all take for granted. It's having the heart of a lion and a soul of an angel because you've witnessed the worst of humanity. Being a trucker is in our blood. It becomes a lifestyle. It becomes our life. We bitch, we complain but we love what we do. All we ask is you give us a little respect for the sacrifices we make for you!
