It's a great day

Yoga was part of my daily rhythm (still calling me back), energy was endless, and I’d just earned my third stripe with around 1,000 hours on the 737. I was living in Sicily, knowing I had not yet figured life figured out.

The decade that followed carried me across the world. It brought love, heartbreak, healing, love again, heartbreak. A few years later, Alice was born, and my heart learned a depth of love I didn’t know existed.

I also lost my mum. My rock. The kind of loss you can never prepare for, because we always assume our parents will be there.

Ten years on, I’m standing at the edge of another chapter. A big, life-changing move abroad, energy returning, curiosity alive. Excited for mornings. Grateful for the journey.
