🚑🎉 This week, we celebrate the incredible dedication, teamwork, and heart that EMS professionals bring to the job every single day. While we’re proud to serve our communities, we’re also committed to making sure our crews stay safe while doing it.

Our VP & GM, Josh Parker, shared 3 simple but important reminders that help prevent accidents and reduce risk in EMS:
✅ Use the two-person lift technique when loading and unloading the gurney
✅ Always back with a backer
✅ Come to a complete stop at all red lights to clear the intersection before proceeding code 3

Strong teams keep each other safe, and every smart decision helps make sure everyone goes home at the end of the shift. Thank you to all EMS providers for your hard work, professionalism, and commitment to safety every day. Here’s to a safe and successful EMS Week! 💙🚑

🚑 EMS Week 2026 is off to a great start; the classic PRN BBQ was a hit!

Today, we also recognize EMS Education Day — celebrating the training, mentorship, and continuing education that help EMS professionals stay prepared for every call.

Our Training Supervisor, Neal Santos, shared his insight on the three most crucial aspects of EMS training and how providers can support continuing education in the field:

📚 Knowledge - FTOs need to know the subject and adapt at any moment.
✅ Accountability - FTOs must hold themselves and their students accountable during every course and training session.
🤝 Patience - FTOs need patience to properly guide students and help them succeed.
