After 32 years in business you start getting calls and emails offering to buy it. Nope! We still love what we do.

I shipped a package to a customer of my customer via FedEx and tried to change the schedule delivery date because they are on vacation. Sounds simple enough.
However, FedEx doing it online is not easy, since they prefer that hold it for pick up by the customer himself. And when you call them they make it so hard to talk to a human that it's infuriating.

I find myself screaming REPRESENTATIVE at the phone to no avail. I often wonder how much more aggravated it makes people when they have to go on this phone loop, hearing we know you want to talk to a representative, but we need to know WHY first. Then you tell them why and they still don't let you speak to a representative, until THEY finally hang up.

Some days, are just full of frustration when too many companies choose AI instead of people.

Ok, I am done ranting, ๐Ÿ˜‰but that's why I answer my own phone calls.

Respect!

On April 6, 2026, Thomas Edward Gwynn, known as Tullahoma's oldest resident and "The greatest Ranger that ever was," passed away at Life Care Center of Tullahoma at 106 years old.

Mr. Gwynn was born on June 2, 1919 in Moscow, Tennessee. He joined the United States Army and became an Army Ranger in April 1943. He served honorably in World War II and the Korean War, participating in major battles including D-Day, the Battle of the Bulge, the Battle of Normandy, and the Battle of Inchon. After his military service, he owned and operated Gwynn Appliance Repair in Tullahoma. He was a longtime active member of First Baptist Church and was well known and highly respected in the community.

Mr. Gwynn proudly served his county. He was buried with military honors at Bethany Cemetery in Normandy, Tennessee. We honor his legacy by remembering his name. Rest in peace.
