Time to put your party pants on everyone, because Megan (Truckload) just hit her 1 year with One Source!! From day 1 she has shown why she belongs here. She is incredibly smart, kind, patient, and is truly down to help in any way that she can. She is very approachable and easy to talk to, allowing her to fit in no matter the crowd. Megan is a breath of fresh air and her heart shows in the way she uplifts those around her.
All of these incredible traits combined make her a force to be reckoned with! We asked a lot of her early on and expedited the process in her becoming an account rep. She has met every challenge with a brave face and has become so strong and knowledgeable over this past year. She is dependable and her communication on all fronts is clear, concise, and makes you want to engage with her even more. She truly knows good customer service and how to build partnerships. We have watched those relationships blossom and seen several customers this year sing her praises.
