Ambassador and Team Lead Lillie is featured in a new exhibit highlighting the often-overlooked workers who help keep the city running every day.

As part of the Downtown Salt Lake City Ambassador Program, Lillie works tirelessly to create a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for residents, workers, and visitors. From providing hospitality and assistance to helping maintain the district's appearance, her dedication makes a lasting impact on the community.

With FIFA 2026 underway and summer temperatures on the rise, our Fort Worth Ambassadors took time to prioritize what matters most — safety.

We hosted a Safety Day to connect on best practices for staying cool in the Texas heat, all while showcasing our new FIFA-themed uniforms. With summer events bringing increased activity and visitors, preparation is key — especially as conditions can reach extreme heat levels across host regions.

We’re excited to welcome everyone to Fort Worth and are committed to keeping our teams, partners, and visitors safe all season long.

Ambassadors are now on the streets of Downtown Flagstaff AZ helping create a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for everyone who lives, works, and visits downtown.

Serving as the friendly face of the district, Ambassadors provide hospitality and assistance while also working behind the scenes to enhance the appearance of public spaces.

From removing graffiti and pressure washing sidewalks to pulling weeds, picking up litter, and maintaining pedestrian areas, their efforts help ensure downtown remains clean, attractive, and inviting.

These daily improvements contribute to the overall vibrancy, safety, and economic vitality of Downtown Flagstaff, creating a positive experience for residents, business owners, employees, and visitors.

Congratulations to our Ambassadors on celebrating their first anniversary in the Ballpark General Improvement District!

The milestone was marked with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Ballpark Improvement District community office, which will serve as the home base for the Ambassador team as they continue their work throughout the district.

Covering more than 40 blocks, these dedicated Ambassadors help ensure the area remains clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, businesses, and visitors. Their impact over the past year has been significant:

✅ Cleaned up 1,873 biohazards
✅ Removed 4,332 graffiti tags
✅ Collected 24,104 pieces of litter
✅ Removed 575 bags of leaves and debris

Their contributions extend far beyond cleaning and beautification. When community members needed help most, Ballpark Ambassadors were there. Over the past year, the team administered Narcan eight times, helping save lives and demonstrating the critical role they play in supporting public safety.

Thank you to the Ballpark Ambassador team for an incredible first year of service.

We're excited to welcome the newest members of the Block by Block family — the Prospect Park Alliance Ambassadors!

Now serving one of Brooklyn's most beloved public spaces, this team is dedicated to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits Prospect Park.

Whether they're providing directions, helping visitors locate approved BBQ areas, escorting guests to popular destinations like the zoo and botanical garden, or offering friendly reminders about park guidelines, Ambassadors serve as a visible and approachable resource throughout the park.

Beyond hospitality, the team also helps support the park's overall safety and appearance by reporting suspicious activity, documenting graffiti.

We're proud to partner with Prospect Park Alliance and look forward to seeing the positive impact this team will make for park visitors, residents, and the surrounding community.

What makes great leadership truly impactful? It’s the willingness to step into the field, embrace the culture, and genuinely connect with the people behind the work.

In a place as vibrant and culturally rich as Waikīkī, those connections mean everything. During a recent visit, Regional Director Steve BeCotte (right) spent meaningful time with our Hawaiʻi team — building relationships, sharing experiences, and reinforcing the values that define us.

Here’s how Operations Manager Solomon Kaimimoku (left) described the experience:

It is not often that you have a leader who takes the time to step into the field, immerse himself in the operation, and truly connect with the people who make it all happen. Watching Steve interact with our team here in Waikīkī and Kona was something special.

Over the course of his visit, we shared food, laughter, stories, and, most importantly, quality time together. We had the opportunity not only to showcase our beautiful islands but also to share the spirit, energy, and aloha that make our Hawaiʻi team so unique.

As a team, we take great pride in leading with love, respect, and aloha in everything we do. This visit allowed us to strengthen our connection with our leadership and demonstrate that the Hawaiʻi team is more than just a workforce—we are an ʻohana.

One thing this experience reminded me of is that when you strip away titles, positions, and all the distractions of life, what truly matters are the people who love and care for one another. Every smile, every act of kindness, and every moment of genuine aloha has the power to change someone’s heart.

A “Pawsitive” Return: Virginia Beach Ambassadors Help Lost Dog Find Her Way Home

Some days we’re helping recover lost and found items, and other days we’re saving baby ducks and birds. 🐤
But today… we came across this little one running around our district, living her best life—until we were able to safely scoop her up.

Good news: she’s chipped and already on her way back home. ❤️

Summer is getting started in style for the Downtown Boulder Ambassadors.

Block by Block is proud to sponsor one of the cars on the Tebo Train. The train is 100% electric and 100% free for the community. The train runs Monday through Friday from 9:30-11:00 a.m. and is a summer staple for the kids in Boulder.

Best of all, the train is conducted by our very own Downtown Boulder Ambassadors. So ALL ABOARD! 🚂
