Outside is the best medicine!

Today is World Mental Health Day. Consider spending time outdoors at an Illinois state park. Whether it's a quiet walk through the woods, time by the water, or simply sitting and observing nature, our state parks offer spaces to disconnect and recharge. Find a park near you and take a moment for yourself today. https://dnr.illinois.gov/parks.html

The penultimate weekend for the Lone Rock Cafe for the 2026 season is this weekend. We do have a full menu but we are not restocking so once we are out of an item we are out. Weather looks great for a weekend at Rock Cut!

To paraphrase Bob Dylan, The Leaves They Are A-Changing! Splashes of color are sprouting throughout the park. Should make for some good colors this weekend! Temps this weekend will help you Head Out! Mid 70s.
