Meet Chris, our Operations Manager and the one who keeps us all straight around here! With years of management experience and a passion for MCI, she plays a huge role in keeping things running smoothly every day.

When she’s not keeping the team on track, she’s a proud mom of three and dog mom to her Boykin Spaniel, Waylon.

MCI has been growing fast over the past few months, and we’ve got some big news on the way.

We’re adding three new heavy haul trucks to the fleet—Peterbilt 589 4-axle sleeper units—coming straight from the factory in the next two weeks. This will mean MCI will be a fleet of NINE!

That means we’re looking for three experienced, dependable, and loyal drivers to step in and take the wheel.

More to come soon… but here’s a look at what we’ve been working on lately. ✌️

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Robbie 🌟

This week we’re recognizing Robbie, who has been with MCI for the past 6 months.

From Georgia, Robbie is a husband to Hannah and a father of four. He’s one of the hardest-working guys on our team and is always willing to help wherever needed. Even when he’s not behind the wheel of a truck, he’s around the shop lending a hand.

Robbie is a paper log running, long nose Pete loving kind of guy. He’s old school but he’s gonna get the load where it needs to go not only on time but most importantly safely!

We appreciate your hard work, loyalty, and dedication, Robbie. We’re proud to have you on the MCI team.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Curtis Allen 🌟

This week’s spotlight goes to Curtis Allen from New Orleans, Louisiana.

Curtis has only been hauling heavy for about a year, but he’s picked it up quickly and continues to improve with every load. He shows up ready to work, takes pride in what he does, and is always willing to learn.

Curtis lives in New Orleans now, but he’s originally from Darrow, Louisiana—a town so small most people have never heard of it. The good news is, thanks to Curtis and the work he’s putting in every day, we’re helping put MCI Specialized on the map.

We’re glad to have Curtis on the team and look forward to watching him continue to grow as a heavy haul driver.

⭐ Employee Spotlight: Jamie ⭐

This week we’d like to recognize Jamie.

Jamie has years of experience behind the wheel and is one of those drivers you can always count on to get the job done right. He’s a pro on a lowboy, takes pride in his work, and somehow always seems to get loads delivered before we’re expecting the check call. We’re starting to think he knows a few shortcuts the rest of us don’t (don’t worry Mr. DOT man - just a joke). 🚛💨

When he’s not on the road, he’s spending time with his girlfriend Emily and their son, Maverick, or out doing cowboy stuff whenever he gets the chance. 🤠

We’re proud to have Jamie as part of the MCI Specialized team. Thanks for all the hard work, Jamie—we appreciate everything you do.
