The MBCTA is happy to offer this pass for Bibb County teens who are able to take complete advantage of our Fixed Route bus service.

We operate 6:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday - Friday and 6:00 am to 7:00 pm on Sundays.

Whether teens use their Teen Summer Bus Pass to attend summer school, go to a job, visit family and friends or explore Macon-Bibb County, the MBCTA is ready!

May 26 Board Meeting

Lots of information dispensed at the May board meeting:
1. MBCTA took delivery of two new electric Paratransit vans today, ahead of schedule. They are being prepped and once they are outfitted are expected to be on the road within two weeks.

3. The MBCTA is excited to expand its RAPID TRANSIT Service.

4. The MBCTA is delighted to report that we are partnering with the Middle GA Regional Library for BOOK LOCKERS at the MBCTA Transfer Station. That's right - order a book on your smartphone and pick it up and drop it off at what will be Macon's newest "library branch." When you order your book, you'll get a code which you'll take to the BOOK LOCKER & enter to retrieve or drop off your book.

5. The sequel to SUPERMAN, the 2025 summer blockbuster movie will begin filming at the Terminal Station in June. Macon's historic building will once again become the Daily Planet in MAN OF TOMORROW, set for release in July 2027.

Get ready for a BOOK LOCKER RIBBON CUTTING coupled with a COMMUNITY SERVICES FAIR & MACON CELEBRITY STORY HOUR - coming sometime in July. Stay tuned for details.
