The death toll from a raging fire in a five-story building in central Johannesburg has risen to 73, according to the city’s emergency services.

On July 28th, 1961, Illinois became the first U.S. state to decriminalize homosexuality by removing its old law of banned so**my. But, it wasn’t until 2003 where all states no longer follow this law.
