So you have changed your security measures with carriers and disallowed ALOT of carriers from booking with this company. The problem is the agents can't tell you the reason, Not allowed to discuss the new requirements. Only digital activity does not allow. When pressed all you get is you do not pass the new vetting process and there no need to call as we aren't allowed to share information. IS SOMETHING GOING ON DIFFERENT WITH MY COMPANY? IF SO I NEED TO KNOW! Especially since nothing has changed in the last 5 years I've been signed up with y'all

This was shared by Dave Faherty from a vet he met today while in WNC. The needs are fluid, as an influx of food, water & basic necessities were most of the 1st items sent, now these needs are continuously changing. Please take note when your looking to donate.

Additions to the list for WNC needing tools and such to help with clean up:

wheelbarrows
shovels
work gloves
mold removal
clorox, pine sol
trash bags
Also: bug spray, calamine lotion, new socks, New coats/sweaters, benadryl, solar lights, long extension cords (for generators), deodorant, body wash, phone chargers. Ziplock bags.
