A BIG SHOUTOUT TO BRIAN! 👏

We’re incredibly proud to recognize one of our drivers, Brian, for his quick action and willingness to help someone in need.

After witnessing a crash, Brian didn’t hesitate. He safely pulled over as quickly as he could and immediately stopped to make sure the person involved was okay and offer help.

Moments like this say so much about the kind of people we’re fortunate to have behind the wheel at J.M. Bozeman. Being a professional driver is about more than getting from Point A to Point B. It’s about looking out for others and doing the right thing when it matters most.

Think trucking looks easy? Try getting behind the wheel. 🚛

During Driver Appreciation Week, we had the opportunity to put our office staff to the test on the Arkansas Road Team Truck Driving Simulator.

Going into it, quite a few of us thought we would do pretty well. Coming out of it… we had been humbled. 😂 Very few scored a perfect 100, and some of those scores were a little lower than anyone expected!

But that was exactly the point.

We wanted our staff to get even a small glimpse into what our professional drivers experience behind the wheel every day. The focus, awareness, quick decision-making, patience, and skill it takes to safely operate a truck is something most people never truly understand until they experience it for themselves.

And this was only a simulator. Our drivers do the real thing every single day, for thousands of miles, while spending days and weeks away from their families to keep America moving.

We already knew our drivers were pretty incredible, but this experience gave us an even greater appreciation for what they do. ❤️🚛

To every professional driver out there, we see you, we appreciate you, and we have a whole new respect for the view from your seat.

Thank you to the Arkansas Road Team for helping us walk a few miles (or at least drive a few simulated ones 😉) in our drivers’ shoes!

There’s nothing better than hearing great things about our drivers, especially when it comes straight from a customer!

We recently received a message from Chris Foster at Goff after he had the chance to interact with our driver, James McAffee, while making a delivery:

⭐ “I just wanted to say you’ve got some great drivers. I just interacted with one; he was a very nice and cool driver.”

James, thank you for representing JM Bozeman so well out on the road and at our customers’ facilities. Professionalism, kindness, and a good attitude may seem like small things, but they leave a lasting impression.
