The chef on the truck is also a ServSafe Certified Instructor and Test Proxy. You will get instruction and certification for FREE (up to three employees!), but you WILL have to learn the information, he is not going to let you slide…
Hands On Instruction-
The owner with spend several days with you and your team going over everything about the truck- everything! Additionally, the owner will come help you on your first few events to show you the ropes and will continue beyond that with email and phone support for a full 90 days!

The Electronic Mail Account- with this email address comes FUTURE BUSINESS! I get emails every day asking for service, and you get all the contacts from all of the breweries, wineries, distilleries, event planners, HOA contacts, etc.

Storage Lot Lease Transfer-
The Truck is stored at a private and secure storage facility, centrally located to most of NOVA, with a rent of $215 per month. Your rent includes the parking spot inside a secured, fenced-in lot with flash card access to the lot. The lot has motion detected night lights and cameras. The truck has a designated space, which is only one space away from the potable water, trash, and the wash deck where you can wash the entire truck- FREE! The space also includes electric hook up so the twin marine batteries can recharge, and the refrigerator can stay connected to keep food safe! Rent also includes access to the ice machine inside the building (during business hours)- we would sometimes spend $80-$100 in ice a week, so the lot pays for itself with all the amenities! Propane and Air is also available at the storage facility.
About the Truck-
-A California Style Truck built by Wyss Catering Trucks (Building food trucks since 1953); the truck is 23 Feet long with the nose mounted generator (4500-Watt Predator- low hours) It is Unique! Not too many trucks like this in this area, which makes it both memorable and recognizable!

-Has a 100 LB hidden ASME Propane Tank- Never needs to be recertified!
