We here at the Manchester View are saddened to be closing temporarily as a result of the national emergency. By order of Vermont Governor Phil Scott, all in-person non-essential business operations must cease due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The hotel has never had to close in all of its many years open to our guests for any reason. We’ve been a beacon and home-away-from-home during heavy snows, nor’easters, and other weather-related storms. A non-weather event, COVID-19 is a unique health “storm” of intense severity. All of our lives depend on following and adhering to the policies and dictates put forth by the local and national governments and health officials. Therefore, the Manchester View is closing until the first opportunity we are allowed to open again.

In hopes that this national crisis ends speedily, our website’s reservation page is open for you to make future reservations for late spring, and summer, fall and beyond. You’ll see the first date available is April 20, 2020; this is the date that hotels and other in-person business operations are closed until (for now).

Our owners and entire staff look forward to seeing you again, hopefully very soon!
