The entire state of Illinois has been given an 'F-' today due to extreme humidity expected. This is being accompanied by temps in the 90s leading to heat indices of 110-120 statewide.

Severe weather is also possible this afternoon too as a complex drops south out of Wisconsin. Lots to watch today folks.

Stay indoors, go swimming, try to avoid outdoor activity. This is a situation where shade doesn't help much.

Employers: If your employees work outdoors then allow frequent breaks, make water available and have a heat schedule. This is record humidity in the state.

As if the heat weren't enough...These evil guys ( HORNETS ) attacked our driver. He's in a lot of pain right now but no need for hospitalization. Please be aware that service will be running behind a bit.
Stay safe out there. The heat brings out the demon in some insects.
