🚨 Sista RN Opened Doors for Black Nurses in Healthcare! 🚨

They call her Sista RN—and some even say she’s the Harriet Tubman of Nursing because she’s been pushing Black nurses into leadership and guiding them to success! 🏆💉

When hospitals across the U.S. faced a nursing shortage, Sista RN stepped up—hiring hundreds of highly qualified Black nurses who were often overlooked. She didn’t just fill positions—she created access.

Knowing that many hospitals required experience but nurses needed opportunities, she built pathways to success through her signature nursing education programs—ensuring that Black nurses not only got hired but thrived in emergency and critical care.

Her fight for representation is deeply personal—her family marched with MLK, and a close relative was shot in a protest fighting for Black nurses and doctors’ rights. Today, she continues that legacy by empowering the next generation through Sista RN University—training nurses to become leaders & entrepreneurs in healthcare.
