Our drivers haul double-trailers from Convenient Hub to Hub Locations We are 100% drop and hook (No touch freight!) Military Motor T operators (Marine 3531, Army 88M) **COMPENSATION and BENEFITS** • Actual pay will be determined based on individual experience or established team experience • Minimum Starting Pay $0.56 cpm (To the truck) • Minimum Pay Guarantee per driver per Week • Pay includes a safety incentive of $0.037 cpm • Yearly Pay Raises and Longevity Bonus • Paid Weekly: Direct Deposit Available • Per Diem • Blue Cross Blue Shield Silver level health Ins. Plan • Company provided Life Insurance for all employees ($100,000) • Aflac available; Short term disability, Critical illness, Dental and Vision • Paid Vacations • Paid holidays **REQUIRED** • Must be a minimum of 23 years of age • Doubles Endorsement Required however, doubles experience is not necessary. • Must have 12 FULL MONTHS of experience within the last 36 months or 5 years of experience in the last 10 years • If you are a recent graduate of an approved driving school and have at least six months OTR experience, you may qualify. • Must have clean MVR Must pass thorough criminal background check • Must have complete and verifiable work and reference histories
