Our marina and slips are accessible year-round because we have no floating docks, so you can get access 365-days of the year. We welcome all water-based businesses to inquire about setting-up or growing their operations on our property. We rent slips on a monthly basis, but long-term agreements are available. We require our tenants to carry insurance and name us as an Additional Insured on their policy. By road, we are just 5 minutes from Route-25 and 30 minutes from the Long Island Expressway (Route 495). Permitted types of boats:
- Recreational or commercial boats
- Charter boats carrying passengers for pleasure or fishing trips
- Vessels engaged in fishery or shellfishery
