Just wrapped up this Duramax, and I might’ve spent a little longer than necessary “testing” the music before handing the keys back.

We replaced all four speakers, put in a Kenwood Excelon touchscreen radio and backup camera, and tucked a dual 10-inch sub box under the back seat. A Kicker LX five-channel amp runs everything, with the subs wired to 1 ohm.

You still get the back seat, but now it has a secret. This was a fun one. Thanks for trusting us with your truck!

You could already hear this Gator coming. Now you’ll see her coming, too.

She’s a returning customer we previously set up with a new radio, roof speakers, and tower speakers. This time she brought it back to Twin Lakes Audio for a roof-mounted light bar and a pair of LED whip lights on the back.

We’re excited to announce that Twin Lakes Audio is now an authorized dealer for PMR Modified!

We’re offering their 18-in-1, 22-in-1, and 26-in-1 interior ambient lighting kits. The lights can be cut to fit, dimmed to the brightness you want, and controlled through an app. It’s a really cool way to give your interior a custom look.

As boating season starts winding down, it felt good to kick off the off season with a simple job that made a big difference.

We added two speakers to the back of this Berkshire and tied them into the existing radio. Nothing crazy, just a clean upgrade that gives everyone in the back a lot more sound.

I also want to thank everyone who has kept us busy lately. I haven’t posted many of the jobs we’ve been doing, but I truly appreciate every person who has trusted us with their boat or vehicle. Your support means a lot to us!

First LilliPad Beach Ladder installation in the books, and I’m excited about how this one turned out!

The handrail uses LilliPad’s Ghost Mount for a clean look on the deck. The ladder gives you wide steps for getting on and off at the beach, then pulls off easily for stowing when it’s time to put the boat back on the trailer. Videos to show how to take it out are in the comments.

This Duramax got an upgrade inside the cab!

JVC touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, Kicker CS speakers and front tweeters, plus a PowerBass four-channel amp powering it all. We kept the factory steering wheel controls working, too!

A super nice setup on a budget! Now we just gotta get him back for a subwoofer lol.

It’s always cool to get a different kind of job in the shop. This Ram came in with a Uconnect screen having “ghost touch” issues, pressing buttons on its own. We replaced the LCD panel and got it back to working properly.

Thinking about upgrading your boat to lithium? Twin Lakes Audio can get you taken care of!

Here’s a job we finished up a couple weeks ago on this Ranger Z518, and definitely one I enjoyed doing.

We replaced all 4 lead acid batteries with MillerTech 12V 135Ah lithiums, 2 for the outboard/electronics and 2 wired for the 24V trolling motor, plus a Minn Kota onboard charger.

We’d love to do more lithium upgrades like this. If you’re ready to make the switch, give Twin Lakes Audio a shout!
