Outfront Transport is a 10-truck fleet looking for a driver to haul heavy equipment, farm machinery, and more with a RGN trailer. Individual would be hauling with a 7-axle tractor/trailer combination. Top pay offered for a driver with open trailer experience, but not required. We will train the right person!
We aren’t a big corporate company- our office has 3 employees and the shop has 2. This means we can get to know each one of our drivers individually. We believe this has helped us out with our driver retention- many of our drivers have been here 3+ years and our driver turnover rate is incredibly low for the industry at 15.8% (industry average is 70-90%).
Starting pay is $0.80/mile. Our drivers average around 2500-2700 miles a week. We also have per diem, and $400 bonuses for passed level I and II DOT inspections.
