We specialize in air freight, ocean freight and local cartage pick up and deliveries, including residential service. One of our goals is to provide top level service to you, our customer. We intend to do this by friendly, courteous service from the first phone call, to the confirmation of pick up through proof of delivery. Open communication is a priority. shipment, we WILL CALL YOU to provide answers and solutions. We will go the extra mile for you and your customer, making sure any concerns or problems are taken care of timely. We will not say “I’ll check into it and get back to you” and/or never calling you back. Dan has over twenty years in both trucking and freight forwarding. He has worked for & with forwarders for 14 years. He also has experience as a driver/dispatcher for 9 years, specializing in correct routings and tradeshow services. Ray has over 30 years as both dispatcher & driver (over the road and city), honing his skills over the years to become known as the best dispatcher in the metro area. Over the years we have seen and heard about poor service provided by others in the industry. Please know that we will follow the simple steps above combined with personal service to you.
