A couple pics from our FIRST FAMILY VACATION! We spent 4 days at Wisconsin Dells and it was amazing! Thank you for being so supportive! And if anyone needs dog boarding, I highly recommend Hometown Dog Boarding in Rosemount. They took great care of our 2 pups with daily photos ❤️

And not any surprise, after being home for 30 mins we headed out to hockey lol

Message to West St Paul Customers

Jim and the Curbside team will now be using automated sideload trucks to service your trash and recycling. This means that Jim will no longer be getting out of the truck to throw your waste in the back; instead, they will use the arm of the truck to grab the container and empty into the truck. Automated collection is the safest way for our drivers to get material collected every day.

We do need your help with the following items:

Please place trash in your trash cart and recycling in your recycle cart. We have a separate truck collecting each one. If you need a cart, please email your address and the carts you need to [email protected]

If you see Jim drive down your street but he doesn't service you, don't worry, he will be back to run the other side of the street.

Please have your carts out the curb before 6am on your service day. Collection times may vary from week to week.

Please have your carts at the curb, handle facing the home, and at least 3 feet away from other carts or other obstacles like your mailbox or a parked car.

Update from Triangle/Curbside

Thanks everyone for your patience as we have worked through some cart delivery issues. I think we have everything under control at the moment. The Curbside customer team will be reaching out to some Mendota Heights customers that are currently using personal or store-bought containers that may be damaged by the collection truck. They will arrange delivery of new containers and remove the old ones if you wish.

You may continue to use any carts that were provided by Triangle.

This year 4th of July falls on a Saturday and there will be no delay in service.

Customers in Eagan and Inver Grove Heights may see Curbside collection vehicles next week, after July 1.

Some of you will receive an invoice from Triangle for past services. This invoice will cover February, March and April, this invoice should be paid directly to Triangle. Please contact Alicia at Triangle with any questions.

Curbside took over in May and has provided no cost service for the month of May and all customers should have now received an invoice for June and July which is payable to Curbside.

Good morning! Just a reminder that I am in the process of sending out the final Triangle invoices. These cover Feb-April along with any overdue balances. I am aware that Curbside has sent invoices for June-July.

Please do not ignore the Triangle ones 😬🙏

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work behind the sides to combine our billing and operational information. Things are moving along well, and we appreciate the opportunity to continue providing you and your family with reliable and affordable trash and recycling collection.
Below are a few updates. Please let us know if you have any questions.

UPDATED CONTACT INFORMATION
Thank you to all the customers that have submitted updated contact information to Curbside. This information will be useful as we build account information and keep you informed of any future changes.
If you have not submitted updated contact information, please feel free to send us an email to [email protected] or by completing the form at the https://curbsidewaste.com/trianglecustomers/.
Please indicate in this form the size of service you currently use and if you want any additional carts, any new carts or would like to exchange carts.

DO YOU NEED NEW CARTS?
You are not required to exchange your Triangle cart for a curbside cart but if you are using a small personal container or don't have a cart, we will eventually need to get you a trash, recycling and or yard waste cart. We are delivering some carts this week.

CARTS WERE DELIVERED AND I STILL HAVE MY OLD ONES
If new carts are delivered and you have old ones to remove, please place them at the curb with the trash on your next service day and we will remove them.

FIRST BILL FROM CURBSIDE
Around mid June, customers will receive your first invoice from Curbside Waste. All invoices will be mailed in hard copy, and some will be emailed as well if you chose that option. This billing will put all residential customers on a prepay system where this invoice covers services for June and July. With this invoice you will be able to sign up for auto pay through our app or website. Commercial customers will continue to be billed monthly.

CURBSIDE TRUCKS COMING TO MENDOTA HEIGHTS CUSTOMERS NEXT WEEK!!!
Curbside operates trash, recycling and yard waste routes in Mendota Heights. Starting Wednesday, June 10, you may see these trucks servicing Triangle Customers as well. This service may help us identify other customers in need of a collection cart. Our team will set up cart delivery and get one sent your way.
