May 2nd was our In house hiring event. We had Coned pizza onsite to fill the bellies 😊 We also had Erik’s Garsvo from the Owyhee County Museum come out and put on display his 1937 D30 truck that was turned into a School Bus by Hicks Bus Body Company. Interested candidates got to “Drive a bus” and get those I don’t know woes out the way. Another great day to have and another great turn out for up and coming next school year!!!

Today was Employee Appreciation Day here at Durham - West Ada. We had a fabulous and delicious, I might add 😊, ClassicGuac Nroll food truck. Thank you to each and every Driver and Monitor for your everyday Service and all you do!!!! 🥰❤️😘🫶🏻

Friday 4/27 we Celebrated what we call “The taste of Durham” international pot luck in which we shared dishes from our cultures. Once again a day to bring us together as a family. I have posted some pictures. Look forward to many more of these.

Our hiring event on Wednesday 3/18 ended very fruitful 😊 The turnout was more than expected. The crew did a great job and everyone love the Coned Pizza on us as well as a goodie bag to go! Starting Pay (Bus Drivers): $22.05/hour + Benefits.
Sign-On Bonus : $1,000
Work week hours range from 20 - 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri AM and PM shift required).
Requirements for School Bus Driver:
Must meet physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening; as a safety-sensitive employee, will be subject to random substance abuse screening under Company policy.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Casual attire, come as you are and wear running shoes or work shoes for the Physical Performance Test.
Don't forget to bring along your driver's license & Photo ID!
