In-house Lechon services available. We arrive 6-7 hours before chop time and roast the lechon at your event. Then we set up an action station and carve the roast, to order, for your guest. After that, we clean up and leave your guest amazed. It is a truly memorable experience.
Other food is available. Lumpia, Skewers, Pancit.... (All cooked fresh, onsite)

Google pit this highlight reel of our June 2025 trip to the Philippines together. We spent 5 Awesome days in Manila to celebrate Margita's and my 16th wedding anniversary. Then it was 25 days immersed in the culture of Barangay Calawisan, Mactan Island Cebu. It was an awesome experience with 0 beach days. Highlights included Manila as a whole, Access to the first Lechon pits in the country ( Ruthy's Lechon est 1951 & est. 1953) also owner of Pelyn's Wow Lechon let us spend the day with her. We also met up with our friends (from Phoenix) and Oden for a specular Cebuano lunch

Barangay Calawisan, Philippines is where our owner Margita Pacaldo Berame was born and raised. He family has deep roots there range back at least 150 years. Over the centuries the family's land has been divided between the different branches of her family tree.
We are happy to be able to share the warmth and love of Barangay Calawisan with you!
