This role offers a unique opportunity to work with NHL teams, VVIP charters, and large group travel operations, ensuring seamless flight experiences for our high-profile clientele.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Oversee passenger experience and flight logistics for Part 121 flights
✔️ Fly as a Concierge for NHL teams & VVIP charters
✔️ Manage manifests, catering, customs, and boarding procedures
✔️ Support aircraft and crew scheduling
✔️ Ensure quality control & compliance across all flight operations
✔️ Available 24/7 for operational support

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to manage high-end client expectations
✔️ Proficiency in flight operations systems & Microsoft Office
✔️ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
✔️ Prior inflight experience (121, 135, or 91) preferred
