One of those people is Gretchen.
Gretchen studied Accounting and Finance at Florida International University and began her professional career at Bank of America at a very young age. Her path clearly seemed aligned with the financial industry.
But entrepreneurship often calls in unexpected ways.
When I approached her with the idea of building a family logistics company, she made a decision that required both courage and vision. The Logistics and Customs industry was completely different from her academic background, yet she embraced the challenge without hesitation.
With discipline, focus, and determination, Gretchen immersed herself in the complexities of international trade, compliance, and operations. Over time, she developed strong expertise in logistics while integrating the analytical rigor of her financial background into every decision she makes. Her commitment to excellence led her to pursue one of the most demanding certifications in our field: the U.S. Customs Broker License.
Today, more than 10 years later, Gretchen is a key pillar of our company. Her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and dedication to compliance ensure that our clients’ shipments move efficiently and accurately through the challenges of global trade.
