We had the great privilege of welcoming the legendary Marty Bass and his videographer K2 from WJZ-TV | CBS Baltimore to our shop on Wednesday. We had a great time talking about the marine canvas business, sun protection, our awards, and of course scrapple. Thank you again to our clients and our community for your continued support. These awards are judged by our colleagues and Master Canvas Fabricators on the basis of design, material usage, and fit and finish. We are thankful for our customers who allow us to express our creativity while producing functional works of art. As part of the ongoing effort to revitalize the Inner Harbor and support the reopening of the City of Baltimore Harbormaster office, we were asked to fabricate panels for the walkways to the docks along the Prominade. Since we have connections to the city going back our youth, we jumped at the opportunity. We thank our friends at The Miami Corporation for providing the beautiful Pacific Blue Tempotest USA fabric for the project.

We enjoyed working with the new Harbormaster, Mike McGeady, and were excited to hear his vision for the future of the Harbormaster Office. This might be a surprise, but you can dock your boat in this secure location cheaper than parking in a garage. So the next time you head to the city for an O's game, take the boat and reserve a slip on Dockwa.
