Jayco is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel – Director of Litigation to join our in-house legal team.

This role will primarily support commercial litigation matters, with a key focus on serving as lead counsel in cases arising in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private practice litigation and be skilled in managing all aspects of litigation β€” from case intake through resolution β€” particularly involving breach of warranty and Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act claims.

We’re looking for a candidate who is licensed to practice law in California and is either based in Indiana or open to relocating to our headquarters here.
