There comes a moment when you realize that taking time to rest isn't selfish—it's necessary.

Life has a way of keeping us busy. We pour into our families, our careers, our ministries, and our communities, often leaving very little time to pour back into ourselves. But every now and then, we need to step away, breathe deeply, and allow ourselves to simply be.

Mexico was more than just a trip for me… it was a reminder. 🇲🇽

A reminder to slow down. A reminder to breathe. A reminder that rest is not a luxury — it is needed.

Sometimes we are so busy taking care of everything and everyone else that we forget to pause and take care of ourselves.

This personal trip gave me time to reflect, rest, and enjoy the beauty of God’s creation.
