Connecticut’s only pedal-powered party boat is hiring! We are looking for seasonal (May into October), part-time Captains and Crew Members for both our Milford and Branford locations.

Captains must have a minimum 25-ton Master Captain license. First Mates ideally have boating experience (CT Boating License preferred), hospitality or customer service experience and are at least 18 years old.
Candidates should be outgoing, friendly and responsible. Shifts are typically evenings and weekends. All crew members are subject to pre-employment and random drug tests.

Paddle Pub Connecticut is coming to Branford!

We are excited to announce our new partnership with New England Brewing Co. to operate Paddle Pub cruises from their dock in Branford, CT! These cruises will operate slightly different than Milford’s - Branford is not BYOB. Instead, you will have ordering options for drinks and food from NEBCO, NEBCO Kitchen and Naples Pizza Truck. No need to shop and pack coolers. Just order ahead and pick up your pre-packaged cooler and food on your way to the boat!

Get ready Branford is launching cruises from this season! Get your tickets now!

Cruises will begin & end at New England Brewing Co.’s new location, sending guests to the Branford Harbor and back over the course of about 90 minutes. While the boat is fully motorized, it does include 12 pedaling stations for guests to help propel it forward while taking in the sights and enjoying their time on the water.

“Partnering up with NEBCO for our new Branford Paddle Pub cruise experience is Connecticut’s most exciting news for 2026,” said Colin Caplan of Paddle Pub CT. “We are stoked to bring extra energy and fun to their new location offering guests an amazing bonding experience and giving us all something to cheer for during the warmer weather.”

Guests are encouraged to visit the brewery early and stay after their cruise to enjoy all the fun that this partnership offers. Cruises will run from May to October with up to five 90-minute cruises per day. Online bookings available now:
