We are about to get some FRESH NEW TARMAC! M56 paving starts Wed 9/2 at Hwy 9 working East/South. Flaggers & pilot cars active. Wait for pilot car to exit driveways/subdivisions. Drive with caution. Avoid cycling this road until it is complete. The wait will be well worth it!

🚴 It's More Than Bikes — It’s About the Riders. 💙

As another busy summer of riding starts to wind down, we just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU.

To everyone who has purchased a bike from us, trusted us with a repair, rented a bike, joined us for a group ride, stopped in to talk bikes, recommended us to a friend, or simply supported our shop — we care more than you know.

For us, cycling has always been about more than selling bikes. It’s about the community that surrounds them. It’s the conversations in the shop, the familiar faces out on the trails, the Saturday morning rides, the first-time riders discovering how much fun cycling can be, and the lifelong cyclists who never seem to lose their love for two wheels.

We’re incredibly grateful to be a part of the cycling community here in the Iowa Great Lakes and to have the opportunity to help people enjoy riding. Our Dickinson County Trails system continues to grow each and every year!

Thank you for supporting The Okoboji Cyclist, for supporting local, and most importantly, for being part of our cycling family.
