Position & Compensation Overview
Class A CDL Driver
Estimated Annual Pay: $80,000–$100,000
Class A Drivers are responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers, lowboys, flatbeds, Landolls, and other heavy-haul equipment to transport materials, machinery, and loads to and from job sites. Drivers are expected to properly secure loads, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate paperwork, and operate equipment safely and professionally.
Requirements:
1. Valid Class A CDL
2. Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
3. Valid REAL ID
4. Clean and acceptable driving record
5. Ability to safely secure and transport various loads
6. Willingness to travel as required by the job
Pay: $80,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, driving history, and overall skill level.

Class B CDL Driver
Estimated Annual Pay: $65,000–$80,000
Class B Drivers operate dump trucks and other Class B vehicles to transport stone, dirt, gravel, construction materials, and equipment. Drivers assist with daily hauling operations and are expected to safely load, transport, and unload materials while following all company and job-site safety requirements.
Requirements:
1. Valid Class B CDL
2. Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
3. Valid REAL ID
4. Clean and acceptable driving record
5. Ability to safely operate and maintain assigned equipment
6. Ability to work effectively with the field and dispatch teams
Pay: $65,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, driving history, and skill level.

Machine Operator
Estimated Annual Pay: $60,000–$90,000
Machine Operators operate heavy construction equipment including excavators, loaders, skid steers, mini excavators, motor graders, and other equipment used in excavation and site development. Operators are responsible for completing work accurately and efficiently while maintaining awareness of job-site conditions and working safely around other employees and equipment.
Machine Operators may perform excavation, grading, drainage work, pond repairs, driveway preparation, material loading, site preparation, and other construction-related tasks.
Requirements:
1. Previous heavy equipment operating experience preferred
2. Ability to safely operate assigned equipment
3. Knowledge of excavation, grading, and construction practices
4. Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
5. Strong attention to detail and job-site safety
Pay: $60,000–$90,000 annually, depending on equipment experience, skill level, certifications, and ability to perform various types of work.

Field Crew / Laborer
Estimated Annual Pay: $38,000–$55,000
Field Crew/Laborers work alongside our equipment operators and foremen to complete a variety of excavation and construction projects. Responsibilities may include pipe installation, culvert installation, concrete work, drainage work, site preparation, erosion control, grading assistance, material handling, cleanup, and general construction duties.
This position is an important part of the field team and provides opportunities to learn additional construction skills and advance into equipment operation or other positions within the company.
Requirements:
1. Construction experience preferred but not always required
2. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
3. Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
4. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
5. Ability to follow safety procedures and direction from foremen and supervisors
Pay: $38,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, reliability, and overall job performance.
