I was lucky enough to get a firsthand tour of Point Stratford, the major redevelopment taking shape at the former Stratford Army Engine Plant! 🌊🏗️

With approximately 77 acres along the Housatonic River, the scale of this property—and its potential—is incredible. The vision is to transform this historic site into a mixed-use waterfront destination, with plans for new parks, a waterfront promenade, and public access to shoreline that has been closed off for generations.
